At Southern Jutland hospital at Aabenraa in Denmark, Kiki Löser uses physiological interpretation with ST analysis. In their hospital they have close to 60 spontaneous onset of labor resulting in a 50% success rate in vaginal delivery. During this case review she takes us through the strict criteria for a vaginal breech delivery and demonstrates several cases with ST analysis during upright births.
