Summary
32 year old G1 P 0. Gest.week 39+3. Admitted to the hospital in spontaneous labor. SVE on admission: Cx 5 cm dilated, 100% effaced, vx 0 station. Unremarkable pregnancy. Normal FHR pattern with external monitoring upon admission.
- 11:20 AROM with clear fluid noted. FSE applied. ST Analysis initiated.

This case was managed in accordance with the STAN Guidelines. According to the STAN Guidelines, the recommended management plan for ST Event(s) during a Green Zone tracing is expectant management and continued observation.
